Hello, I purchased a 12 months Adobe Student license through a third party (CollegeBuys.org) from my school. I am only 4 months into the subscription, and everything has worked great until today. Adobe logged me out of all my applications saying my license has expired. I logged out of everything, restarted my comp, and tried logging in again, but it says my license has expired and wants me to re-purchase.
Can you please assist me with this? I've inserted two screenshots that show that Adobe will no longer allow me to log in. I can provide my proof of purchase if needed. I have ordered this in the past with success and no issues. I guess because it's through a third party, they do not provide a serial number for purchase - it's just all through email. I do have an order number though.
