I am wondering if the Amazon AWS crash this morning may have affected Adobe's service.

I have just confirmed that Adobe was affected by the AWS outage today:

Adobe hosts many of its services on AWS, so a disruption in AWS directly impacts Adobe's ability to function correctly.

Same here no access at all even to account information.

Yes, the same here!! Nothing is opening!! This isn't great on a Monday morning when you need to work on invoices.
