Adobe could not find any new digital IDs

system: Windows 10 Enterprise

smart card: D-trust signature card with REINER SCT card reader.

Adobe Acrobat Pro. 2024.002.20965|64-bit

already restart the PC, and working as administrator.

looking for your prompt response.

As the digital ID is not detectable, please try adding it again using the steps suggested under "Register a digital ID" in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ysDNF4

 

If that does not help, try reinstalling the application and check again. Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3ywjXc7).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3SzgjoM;
