As the digital ID is not detectable, please try adding it again using the steps suggested under "Register a digital ID" in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3ysDNF4.
If that does not help, try reinstalling the application and check again. Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/3ywjXc7).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3SzgjoM;
