I have a user who just got a licence for adobe DC but upon signing in her adobe will start looping through what looks like a contributors window. If you close the window it closes adobe itself. I have tried an uninstall and reinstall but no luck. Downloaded adobe creative cloud and ran the uninstall and reinstall from there but no good. I can't seem to find the setting to allow me to disable this feature either.

Please reboot the machine once, sign out from Acrobat and close it and all other Adobe apps and try the solutions shared in the following help article and Adobe discussion (reply marked as correct):

If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove the install Acrobat: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and install Acrobat back from the URL: Acrobat download and installation help
