Adobe Document Cloud and Microsoft SharePoint Not Working for Some Users

We recently installed Adobe Document Clout for Microsoft Sharepoint office365 to open and make comments on shared pdf's in Sharepoint. Some of our end users, not all, are unable to right click on the pdf and 'Open in Adobe Document Cloud"

That feature is there for some Sharepoint users, but not all. Tried opening in Crome and in edge and still not able to do it. Can anyone share a fix for this issue? Is it a browser based issue or a permissions issue in Sharepoint (App was installed to all users by Admin) or is it a windows 10 issue/setting?

Attached is a screenshot of the desired function. This is what is missing for a few users only in Sharepoint.
