Adobe E-signature Request Not Working

Hi, my Adobe E-signature Request is not working - I cannot even view the button.

 

 

I am using Adobe Creative Cloud at my workplace. The graphic designer who used to work before me seemed to have no problem with "E-signature Request" but for some technical reason (after IT team has reinstalled another cloud for myself as a new account) I do not see any "E-signature Request" button for my Adobe Acrobat Pro.

 

This is weird because I reckon that this should be a default option when using Acrobat. I have tried the web version where I can just drag the document and request it online but it defeats the whole purpose of work efficiency. It should work as a simple click and be able to request E-signature.

 

I have a co-worker who is using this fuction with no problem, but it seems like his program was downloaded years ago and maybe its a vendor problem - I honestly have no clue why this fuction isn't working as a default option when using my Adobe Acrobat Pro.

As the Request signature option is not available in the application, please ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. In the Help menu, select Check for updates. For more information on updates, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html.  

 

If you still get the same, please check with IT at your organization to see how the application was installed. Also, please share the Acrobat version number on your machine.

I have tried updating several times as part of all of this and still nothing chnages. Here's ther version I am at right now:
