Hi there
We are sorry for the trouble. As described, when you save the PDF after editing, some pages ends up with missing text.
This is usually a symptom of a font problem, and oftentimes happens when several PDF files using the same font - but with different embedded subsets - are merged. These files are usually craeted by a PDF generator that does not follow the PDF specification.
We need some more information for a better understanding:
Let us know how it goes

Hello Guys.
Hope you are well.
One of my client is having a Weird issue with her Acrobat Reader Ver 23.001. When she opens a PDF file from Virtual cabinet and try to save her work after amending some suff, the new copy does not show the caracters.
Virtual Cabintet support hasn't been really helpful as per the user.
If you have any specific question please let me know?
Thanks in advance
John

I suspect Virtual Cabinet is producing pdfs without properly embedded fonts, there may be a setting to select when creating the pdf that might fix this issue. Can you upload a sample pdf (before editing the pdf) so we can take a look? If you go to File> Properties> Fonts in Acrobat, all listed fonts should say embedded subset, if they don't, you may be able to embed the fonts using an Acrobat Preflight profile (before editing the pdf). Here is a related discussion with instructions:
