Adobe freezes when opening

When I open Adobe Acrobat is get this screen after a few seconds. I cannot get past or close this screen, the only thing I can do is End Task. I'm using Windows 10 and on a corporate network, I assume this is a welcome screen.  Has anyone seen this issue or have a fix to try?

I can quickly open the preferences or help menu before the blank screen opens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same problem.

Uninstall Acrobat - Run AcroCleaner (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) - Download Acrobat again, install.

 

Check if that solves the problem.
