Adobe has never opened for me. It's been 3 years

For 3 years, I have consistently had trouble with Acrobat on my macs. I had a Macbook Pro for years, and then recently got a Macbook Pro MI. On both computers, Acrobat crashes whenever I try to open it. I have never had the app (or any creative cloud apps) open even for half a second.I've tried troubleshooting, uninstalling and then reinstalling, even did a screenshare with an Adobe admin and nothing has worked. Has anyone run into this issue before and have any tips?
