Adobe is not acknowledging my subscription

 whenever I try to create a pdf the app acts as if I have not subscribed. It gives me the option to subscribe, but when I press that it tells me I am already subscribed (as shown in the screenshot) Then it gives me an unknow error. It is a continuous circle.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

then, if you haven't installed the adobe creative cloud app*, do so and sign in to it with the same adobe id used to verify your subscription.

in the cc app, tap home > upper right icon (settings) > top most entry (above about cc).
