Adobe issues in One Drive

Hello Community,
I am having issues opening pdfs in One drive. I am able to open them from my local machine with no issues but once I upload them to One Drive, I get the following error message:
I have Adobe Pro DC installed on my machine, therefore I don't understand why this issue is happening. these are just regular pdfs not portfolios. If there is a solution out there for this issue, please advise,

can you confirm the exact version of the operating system you are using?
Can you also confirm the Syncing is fully working and share a screenshot showing where you open the files from once uploaded toOneDrive.
Did you try to connect the File > Open to Cloud Storage (OneDrive in your case) I use connection to Personal and Business accounts
