Adobe Keeps asking for Password

Hi,

 

I keep getting kicked out of adobe and it keeps asking for password, I enter the pasword, then we reset with new verification code and I get an error. When I signed back into the internet the problem goes away temporarily then returns. Why is this occuring? How do I work remotely without being connected to the internet? I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC.
