Adobe LiveCycle & AEM Forms Designer

I have a user who has Adobe XI installed on computer and we are upgrading PC. We now have Adobe DC Pro but the user has Adobe LiveCycle to edit forms. Through Google i found that Adobe no longer has LiveCycle and now has this AEM Forms Designer.

1. Can AEM Forms Designer edit Livecycle documents?

2. Is there another program thru Adobe that will edit Livecycle documents other than AEM Form Designer?

3. Is there a way to get a downloadable file for Livecycle to use Livecycle on new computer?

for #3 is their a LiveCylce downloadable exe file that works for Windows 11 that could be used?

3. The version that comes with Acrobat XI should still work in Windows 11, although it's not officially supported, and I haven't tried it myself, so I can't say for sure... Also, I'm not sure you can use it without activating Acrobat (which you can't do any longer), so the answer is probably no.
