Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 email submit button

I created a fillable static form using Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 (for internal office use only). I added a submit email button and made it reader extended in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. The form opens, and when the submit button is clicked, creates an email with the "to:" field filled in and the pdf form attached. Great! Works with all adobe products, including Adobe Reader DC. The problem comes when someone uses the PDF X Change Editor program, the pdf opens up, it can be filled in, the submit button creates an email attaching the pdf, but does not include the email address in the "to:" field. Not sure why that is, it used to work fine on all PDF reader apps. Does anyone know why this is happening. Thank you for your  help.

Hi Jennyn,

Edited-

PDF X Change Editor is a third party application. it has its own mechanism that applies to the PDF file and how it works, for that neither we have any hold on it nor its supported. LivecycleDesigner still allows you to work with the file using latest Adobe application. Like: Adobe Acrobat DC and Reader DC.

There might be some compatibility issues with the other apps, but what are those we can not comment on it.

You can contact to the related application's support team for further details.

Thanks,
