Hi,
Would be helpful if you could provide the version of Acrobat using, the version of the OS?
although I get the feeling it will be a re-install to start, and then maybe a settings/permissions issue.

Having precisely the same issue with Acrobat DC for Windows. Whenever I attempt to print to Adobe PDF, I get a message saying "an error occurrred while printing the document" and it produces a PDF full of blank pages. Used to work just fine until a couple of updates ago. Now I have to come up with a workaround using different PDF software, which is not ideal because I'm paying to have this one do this stuff for me.

Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20212 of Acrobat DC installed. Go to help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
