Adobe PDF Printer : Cannot use this product under a guest account

Hello Adobe Support Community!

 

I am hoping you can shed some light on this issue one of my users is facing. 

 

Situation: User is using Citrix to remote into Docutap EMR system. User is able to see Adobe PDF Print option. But when she selects print, she encounters the error: Cannot use this product under a guest account

 

I assume this has to do with her actual Docutap account? And not related to the Adobe Product that is installed on the Docutap EMR System?

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

 

This looks like an issue with the credential-catching system not working fine with the environment.

 

You might want to try a few steps:

  1. Press Win + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type services. msc in the text field and hit Enter.
  3. In the Services window, scroll down and locate the Credential Manager service.
  4. Right-click the service, then select Restart.

 

If this does not work, try repairing Acrobat by going to Help-> Repair installation.
