Hello Adobe Support Community!
I am hoping you can shed some light on this issue one of my users is facing.
Situation: User is using Citrix to remote into Docutap EMR system. User is able to see Adobe PDF Print option. But when she selects print, she encounters the error: Cannot use this product under a guest account
I assume this has to do with her actual Docutap account? And not related to the Adobe Product that is installed on the Docutap EMR System?

This looks like an issue with the credential-catching system not working fine with the environment.
You might want to try a few steps:
If this does not work, try repairing Acrobat by going to Help-> Repair installation.
