Actually,I been tried to re-install the Adobe PDF printer by following below 2 link, but it did not work.

无法安装 PDF 打印机 | 证书已吊销或端口未知 (adobe.com)

Adobe PDF 打印机缺失 | 手动安装 PDF 打印机

i hope to know any suggtion and is it not work on windows 11. Thanks !!!

Excellent note of reality.

Printing from mail on Win 11 gives 2 choices: Microsoft PDF, Adobe_PDF

Microsft PDF generates a 640KB file from a 1 page, 2 image message.

Adobe PDF generates the following which shows up as a text file on the task bar.and FAILS to create the PDF.

%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%
68pargr not found, using Courier.
%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%
%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%
