Adobe PDF printer watermark transparency is zero

Printing a PDF using Adobe PDF printer from Excel result in watermarking transparency to be lost. Microsoft print to PDF and other PDF printers do not have this issue. Could you please investigate why? Our issue now is that we are using an automated flow into Adobe for fill and sign. However, with this bug it is impossible to use.

    1. Is the issue applicable after updating to the latest version of Acrobat?
    2. Is this issue applicable to all kinds of Excel files?
    3. Is the issue happening with a default setting while printing?
    4. Has the issue started happening after any recent updates?
    5. If the issue is still applicable would it possible to share the video of workflow?
