Question

Adobe PDF Printing Preferences Window Getting Cut Off

Hello, I am having trouble with the Adobe PDF Converter within the Windows (Windows 11) printer settings. When I go to click "Printing Preferences" on my "Adobe PDF" printer, my "Adobe PDF Settings" tab within the window is cut off. I provided pictures of what it looks like, and what it's supposed to show. I've looked a good amount into this and tried the refresh screen (Win + Ctrl + Shift + B), maximizing the window, going into Adobe settings and running the "Repair Installation" tool, deleting Adobe and reinstalling it, updating the graphics drivers, and still nothing. I'm not sure if this is a Windows Host Process issue, or the Adobe PDF Converter Driver issue but I'm kinda stumped.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I'm also having this same issue. I followed the post to download and install it, but I still have not seen an answer.

Hi Andrew32591030gpii and Mark27048698lwyd,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try repairing the application installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation.

If that does not help, try reinstalling the application using the followg steps:

-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4cxqqCR).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/3IW41l7.

If the behavior does not change, share the Acrobat and OS version numbers. Also, let us know if this started after the recent update or any change you made recently.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
