Hello, I am having trouble with the Adobe PDF Converter within the Windows (Windows 11) printer settings. When I go to click "Printing Preferences" on my "Adobe PDF" printer, my "Adobe PDF Settings" tab within the window is cut off. I provided pictures of what it looks like, and what it's supposed to show. I've looked a good amount into this and tried the refresh screen (Win + Ctrl + Shift + B), maximizing the window, going into Adobe settings and running the "Repair Installation" tool, deleting Adobe Acrobat and reinstalling it, updating the graphics drivers, and still nothing. I'm not sure if this is a Windows Host Process issue, or the Adobe PDF Converter Driver issue but I've gotten no response I'm kinda stumped.

Hi there, hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.206XX installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Please check the resolution settings in Acrobat Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > General > Scale for screens resolution > set to 'Auto detect'  > Click OK and reboot the application and check.

Are you experiencing this issue on a multiple monitor setup or on a single monitor?

Please try to adjust the resolution of system as described in the links below  and see if that works:

Win: https://adobe.ly/3xvXElN

Mac: https://adobe.ly/4aCIWI8

Let us know how it goes.

If you change your windows display settings for the monitor to 150%, you should be able to see part of the buttons that were previously cut off.
