Adobe Pro Crashes Every Time I Try to Sign Something

I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Pro three times now. Nothing is working. Every time I click on "Fill and Sign," the program crashes. Please advise...

We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with the Acrobat application. 
Please use this link: https://adobe.ly/4f2CkWk to use one of our diagnostic tools to collect logs from your machine. You can share logs using any Cloud drive link, upload them using the tool, and share the Unique ID. 

Also, please let us know if this happens every time you use the Fill and Sign tool or sometimes. Please share a screen recording of the steps leading to the crash to help us understand the scenario at your end. 

Lastly, please share the version of Acrobat installed on the machine so you can check Help Menu > About Acrobat. Mac Acrobat > About Acrobat. Also, please share the name and version of the operating system. 

We will be waiting to hear from you.

Having the same issue.  as above.  Adobe started crashing everytime I am trying to fill and sign.  I have tried installing diagnostics.  I will try again

Same problem here. Started today 07/16/2024. Adobe crashes everytime I click Fill & Sign.

Fixed it by signing out of adobe. Opened adobe back up and it works fine.

I am having the same issue. Have checked the current version is accurate, run the diagnostics tool and repaired the installation. Need a fix asap, the web version is a much slower process and I have far too many documents to sign / send out for signature.

Yes, to sign out go to Menu, Help, and Sign Out. I did that and the program stopped crashing on the Fill & Sign.

If the issue still occurs, please share the following details for further investigation:

- Does the crash occur with a specific file or any file you use?

- Share the Acrobat or Reader version currently in use.

- Share the OS version on the machine.

- Share the crash logs using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html.

The issue has been addressed in the latest update. Try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates. Check if that resolves the issue.
