Adobe pro free trial

How to cancel/unsubscribe to the free trial,  manage plan only shows I have no paid plans and I cannot find a location that gives me the option to click and cancel/unsubscribe.  I downloaded the free trial from the Adobe site

Thank you for your reply.  That leads me to the "you have no paid plans" site that has no way to lead to cancel the free version.   I cannot even find a way to see if they have my credit  card so I could erase that informaton.

I checked your account details and I confirm that you do not have any active trial subscription associated with your email address. Could you check if you used some other email address for making the purchase?

I have 1 other I may have used

but I have no idea what I would
have used for a password.

You can request to reset the password for that email address, assuming you still have access to it.
