Adobe Pro is showing "Authentication Error" when requesting signatures.

Hello, good day. I'm trying to send a document for signing, but it's showing an authentication error. I've already uninstalled Adobe and ACC and reinstalled them, changed the user's password, deleted the user and recreated it, but the problem persists. Has anyone experienced this error?
