Hi All,

We've got some users that keep having to print off, sign, scan and then return various types of documents such as PDF's, Word, Excel etc but i'm a little confused as to what Adobe product will cover all these if any ?

I've had a look at Adobe Sign but will this allow the users to simply digitally sign and type of document that they are sent through email and then return them and also does Acrobat do this out of the box ?

Thanks

with acrobat pro you can import all sorts of file types (even images), recognize text (eg, if an image), and then edit/sign etc.

Great.....does this come with the phone app like the sign program does whereby they can scan a document on their phones and then upload it and sign it and then email it on ?

Thanks

you're welcome.

p.s. don't forget with adobe's trial, you can always test something and cancel if it doesn't meet your needs.  you just need to pay attention to the details. ie, be prepared to test thoroughly when starting your trial and make a decision within the trial period, and most importantly, if the trial doesn't meet your needs you need to actively cancel.

Thanks all for this but just so i'm clear but looking at the comparison list it keeps stating about sending out documents to get signatures back but this is for a user for them to be able to sign documents sent to them ? I'm "assuming" Adobe Pro will cover this then ?

yes, acrobat pro will allow a user to sign a document set-up for their signature.  (and a lot more.)
