I want to be able to edit document properties in a PDF file that I have downloaded from online. I'm currently downloading using (I guess!!) Acrobat Reader.
The issue is: Certain PDF documents download with a page layout of 6.92 x 14 in (for example, credit card statements). My current printer does not accommodate this size paper. I want to be able to print statements on 8.5 x 11 in paper and I DON'T CARE IF PART OF THE DOCUMENT CUTS OFF AT THE BOTTOM.
Right now all I can print is an 8.5 x 11 in document that is shrunken down from the original longer page layout into a size that fits the smaller paper but is very hard to read.
QUESTION: which Adobe product can I buy that will allow me to go into Document Properties and change page layout from 6.92 x 14 in to 6.92 x 11 in (or ideally, 8.5 x 11 in)?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@CandidlySmith you can view the different applications from Free vs Standard vs Pro here:
https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pricing/compare-versions.html
If you are just editing the files, you likely could get by on 'Acrobat Standard' by looking at the comparisions
Another option, and you don't need to buy any software is in your printer settings, you can set the page to be 'Fit to Print'. For example, I have quickly created a document at 6.92" x 14" and pretended to print as is...I selected 'Fit' on a letter size and it will reduce proptionately to 73%. I let the printer figure out the math for me versus me trying to figure out what size....if you don't want anything 'chopped off' you can manually select custom size, and maybe enter 68-70% instead
No money spent!

No Adobe application allows you to change the size of the pages via Document Properties. That's not how it works, plus the pages in a PDF file can each have a different size.
You would need to use Acrobat Pro to be able to scale the pages, using the Preflight tool.

The Preflight tool is a bit baffling, so I just closed that up!
But I did find that the plain old print dialog box in Acrobat Pro is a lot more sophisticated than the one for printing PDF's in Firefox or Edge. And I found some options that seem to give me what I need. Thanks for pointing this out.

I purchased and downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro. I think I have successfully modified my Firefox settings to download all PDF documents or web pages into Adobe Acrobat.
Attached are screenshots of:
Now, can you advise me as to where to go from here to actually MODIFY THE PAGE SIZE?
Please note that the print dialog options FIT TO PAGE and SCALE are useless. Scaling produces no visible change in the document. The printer seems to take its cue from the document properties size of 8.5 x 14 inches Our printer only accommodates 8.5 x 11 paper. The printer automatically shrinks the printed size down to fit on the smaller paper, which reduces the text to a font size that is unreadable to my old, tired eyes. The only workaround is to now try and convert each and every downloaded PDF into a Word document, which is not only time-consuming, I question whether it will work on 100% of downloads. I've even been desperate enough to use the snip tool and scotch tape documents together to get something at a size I can read.
Is there a way, within Adobe Acrobat Pro functionality, to modify page size on a downloaded PDF document?
Thank you.
