Who can help me. Adobe add-in does not work in Excel Office 2021. What can I do to make it works

I have Acrobat 2017 version 2017.011.3024

What version of Acrobat? What OS version? What does "does not work" mean, exactly? Does it appear at all in the ribbon?

I use Win11 and Office 2021 and the add-in with Excel dos not work.

No it does not appear in de Ribbon. If I go to position I can not start the add-inn
