ADOBE "SEND BY EMAIL" BOX DOES NOT CLOSE

When choosing "Send File by Email", a dialog box opens that gives the choice to either (a) Send by email or (b) Get this file signed fast.

After sending by email, the Dialog Box (below) does not close.
