Adobe reader 32 bit to 63 bit Enterprise

For our organization we want to switch from the 32 bit version to the 64 bit version of Adobe Reader.
Now I am looking for the correct version to download and its licensing model.

I go to: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ and choose for windows server x, 
Language Dutch and then only 1 option appears: "Reader.2023.008.20533 Dutch for Windows" and when I look at the system requirements I see that it can be installed on 32 bit and 64 bit.

My questions are:
1. Is this the correct version for 64 bit
2. what is the licensing model, is it paid or still free for enterprice version?
