Adobe Reader Fill and Sign not working with Chinese Character suddenly

Adobe Reader(and also Acrobat Pro) Fill and Sign not working with Chinese Character suddenly

Version: 2023.003.20269 

Impact to all user under my site.

Windows 10 Pro

System Locale LCID / Name : 1028 / zh-TW 

Issue: User can Fill the form with Chinese Character and everything seems ok on screen even clicking on the save button.  When user close the PDF and re-open it (or send to other user), the Chinese Characters become XXXXX (become unkonwn font-face issue)

When we try to "Edit" the PDF in acrobat and change the font for the XXXXX, the Chinese Characters appare again.  

There should be some issue in the font-face during PDF saving.

Please help.
