adobe reader pop up

ask for adobe expert support:

when click tools -- certificates -- digitally sign -- will show the pop up, but if click " do not show this message again " doesnt work , will show again after this action

how should I set up the function?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As the feature is not working, try repairing the installation. In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation.

Relaunch the application and try the steps again. Check if it works this time.

 

If the issue still occurs, share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

Ensure that you are using the latest version. Go to Help > Check for updates.
