As the feature is not working, try repairing the installation. In the application, go to Help > Repair Installation.
Relaunch the application and try the steps again. Check if it works this time.
If the issue still occurs, share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.
Ensure that you are using the latest version. Go to Help > Check for updates.
