Adobe Reader vs Adobe Acrobat pro 32 bits/64 bits paste problem

Hello, 
We have to fill some forms and we are unable to paste text into the fields. In 64 bits (reader at least) I'm able to paste but in 32 bits version it's not working. I have instruction to install only 32 bits version on computer. I Looked into the preferences settings to see differences but i don't see any.
