I didnt like how my Adobe subscription had gone up again this year, so asked to cancel my subsrciption.
I was then informed that I would have to pay a £100 early cancellation fee for an annual policy, something I wasnt even aware I had signed up to. Apparently it renewed automatically on 22 jan 2023 without my knowing, but at the same time tied me in to paying for something I barely use.
I have had Adobe for many years and paid the monthly subsrciption accordingly. To find out I had to pay to leave and not have use of the software at the same time is a joke .
Adobe arrogance is astounding
