This is an "optional" update that my pc did automatically unfortunately wreaking havoc as it is useless with our court forms and unbearable to work with.  After uninstalling and reloading Adobe I'm now stuck with this "updated" beast of a basically useless version of Adobe Acrobat for work now.  I can't beleve this isn't a workabe solution.

Need help!

On a PC, here's how to switch to the previous UI: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/i-want-to-revert-to-a-previous-version-of-acrobat-pro-how/td-p/13882782

On a Mac, Go to the Edit menu and select "Disable New Acrobat."

And my computer has not automatically updated and won't let me convert a PDF to a Word document without updating!  I don't even know how to manually update, nevermind now seeing that it may cause more problems

If you could do it before, you can still do it now.

Nope, only through iCloud documents and not through the app
