Adobe Shared Reviews are not working after a company-wide Windows update. We use the Send for Shared Commenting option. The shared review PDF is created, but the shared review Check For New Comments and Publish Comments buttons are no longer available. The update had something to do with "Run as Administrator" rights no longer being available. IT reinstated this for me, and shared reviews still do not work. We send shared reviews using a server location (a SharePoint subsite). I have looked through the forum and not seen any article similar to this issue. Can someone from Adobe help?!

We haven't heard of the issue from other users. As the feature is not working, please check with the IT team to see if they can reinstall the application and if that makes any changes.
Could you share more information on the workflow used in your organization to share the document for review? It would be helpful if you could share a screen recording of what is happening and the options that are not available.
