Question

Adobe Sign available in Creative Cloud?

I am using Acrobat DC with my Creative Cloud license. It is possible to create a digital signature but when I try to send the document to someone else, who also has a Creative Cloud license, to sign this document then I am told that I am not authorized to send document for signature.

Is e-signing restricted in the Creative Cloud Package?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out.

As per your description above, it seems that you are trying to send the document for signature which is already digitally signed.

If yes, it is a known issue in the desktop application and the team is working on the fix.

In the meantime, please use the Acrobat online account to send the digitally signed document for signature.

Open this link https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and sign in with your Adobe ID. Then go to Request Signature and upload the document.

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I am not sure if that is related to Creative Cloud per se, but I could be wrong.

Adobe Sign has other subscription plans that unlock features like the one you're inquiring about.

With the individual plan Adobe Sign is already featured in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and you'll be able to perform some convenient workflows but not as to be able to assign and administer roles for other users in your team.

I believe that feature is referred to as "delegated users". And if I am not incorrect, you administer these groups and designate them as delegators,  some you can designate as Admins and delegate them with administrative rights to assist you in managing the emailing, forwarding and signing the document portions within  that particular workflow with a Client.
