Adobe sign in error going to a microsoft site?

Just started across out entire organization last week. Anyone that has Adobe Acrobat subscription gets a pop up sign in error when trying to attach any pdf to an email using outlook. "something went wrong" we couldnt sign you in errorr....error code CAA20008

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
