Adobe Sign is no longer working on my app

I was using my Adobe app on my computer to send documents for digital signaure last year, and I was using this weekly. Now when I try to use this function from the app it does not work and I have to resort to logging in online and uploading online to send.  this is way less efficient.

 

Who can assist in fixing this problem?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What happens when you try to send the document for signature via the Acrobat desktop application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity?

 

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20458 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
