I was able to use adobe sign once to request a signature. Now, after I enter the emails the next page stalls at 72% loading. If I select more options I can get this error message. I'm on an enterprise plan for my school. I can't imagine I've reached my limit after just 1 signature request. I've searched for administrator contact but it doesn't appear they've uploaded a note with that information. Im using version 2021.001.20142 and just want to be able to get these documents electronically signed. Please advise.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to send the docuement for signature.
I have checked the Adobe account with the email you are using on this community and found that you have an enterprise account through your school. Please get it touch with your school IT admin and see if that helps.
