I can't seem to get Adobe Sign to request a credential (certificate) from a GOV PIV card. I can add signature fields which prompt for a credential in the Prepare Form tool but these do not carry over when the doucment is sent for signature. Is th

Can you be more specific about the steps that you are trying to follow, and please also indicate which operating system and version and Adobe Acrobat Pro version are you using.
