Question

Adobe signatures

We do our expenses through PDFs and would like to stop having to print them off in order to get people to sign them. Our issue is that not everyone has Creative Cloud like me and the issue that my boss wants to be resolved is that we don't have to save the pdf as something else after someone has signed it which is what we keep coming across. We know how to add initials and we know how to digitally sign but without Creative Cloud, we have to save the pdf as something new and that's not what we want to do. Any solutions?

The employees could each create custom stamps of their signatures and save them to their own machines on their local drive. The risk is A.) they rubber stamp things, B.) management's signature is now available to anyone willing to open their stamps folder if the machine's left unlocked C.) if your server is hacked, everyone's signatures are now in the hands of ID theives...... all these are kind of pointless arguments since your signatures are all probably saved to PDF after they are signed as is.

I do not understand what you mean by save the PDF as something. As what, and why? The essence of PDF signing is you end up with a signed PDF.
