If I have adobe acrobat Pro, do I also need standard, or does pro provide all the features and functions of standard plus more?

Absolutely not!

Acrobat Standard (Windows only) is a subset of Acrobat Pro. Likewise, Acrobat Reader is a subset of Acrobat Standard (Windows) or Acrobat Pro (Windows & MacOS).

There is no reason to have more than one version of this software installed. If you have Acrobat Pro, don't license and install Acrobat Standard. And if you have either Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard, don't install Acrobat Reader.
