How do I spend hours over a weeks time with Adobe support, verify my account to be transferred and do it again. I even had a call back where we got to do that on the phone. Mind you, they said within 48 hours it took a week and then they called 2 hours late. Another 2 hours in the chat last night and another 2 today only for them to end the chat. I need help with an error 15 I keep getting when extracting and the makers of the program don't seem to have a person capable of just saying they can't or won't help....WTF
