Adobe tab in Microsoft Word 365

I am running Adobe Acrobat pro X. Version 10.1.16 and Microsoft word 365 subscription, on Windows 10.

I am having difficulty getting the adobe tab to appear on the ribbon.

Is it even supported for Word 365?

I followed all of the steps listed on this page. Get the Adobe Acrobat tab to appear - Office Support

None of them have worked for me. I did every step, top to bottom.

Has anyone else had the same problem that they were able to resolve? Adobe tab was working correctly on Word 2007, but user recently updated to word 365 subscription.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Thanks,

That's what I figured.

Now I will be able to let the user know that she needs to upgrade, rather then spend more time troubleshooting.

Thanks for the help.
