adobe the serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers

i bought createive suite 6 very expensive. now my hard drive died and i replaced with new one and when i install adove suite again it start giving me popup msg the serial number is already in use so i contacted adobe support person and he said nothing can be done you have to buy new one and he start trying to convince me to buy new subscriptions with discounted price.

 

what is all this why we have to pay again as i have spent lot of money to buy creative suite 6

Then you have a problem... But you should be able to install it in one other machine, as you get two activations for each license.

yes as per the support person from adobe i consumed both activations and strange thing is on same machine all creative suite apps were working perfectly fine before.

Did you do some major change to the machine's hardware, like replace the motherboard or processor?

No just the hard drive as old one was dead then i had to replace with new SSD that is all.

so there is no way i can get it back as i have original purchased box and registered under my personal email account.
