adobe trial scam

dear all,

 

Is there anyone else here that has been scammed with adobe's trial version?   I cancelled the trial version in time, and i have been billed 2 months meanwhile, when I ask for a refund they refuse.   I am trying to cancel the subscription again and now they state I have to pay a cancellelation fee of 108 euro.

What kind of company is this?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.

Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues.

Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page, through a phone call, or through Twitter.
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.
