Every time I try to install it freezes with the message "Waiting for other installations to complete". However there are no other installations. I've force quit the installer, checked activity monitor, restarted, etc. and I still get the same message
uninstall all acrobat and reader versions
restart your computer
check activity monitor to ensure there are no browser (esp safari) processes running
reinstall
