Advice on sharing forms that others can use

I will be setting up forms/agreements using Adobe, that I then want someone else to be able to access these documents (who also have adobe licence) and that person will then get the documents completed and signed electronically in person (using Adobe Sign). I do not want to share logins with this person.

Can any advice be offered on the best way to acheive this? Thanks

Hey there,

Looking at the description given above, if I understand correctly, then you are the one who setup the forms/agreements initially. Later on you want to share these forms/agreements with someone else for completion and signing. Or this person is going to pass it to someone else?

If there are only two people involved, one (you) who is a sender of the form/agreement and other is the signer, then it isn't required to share the login info.

You just need to create form and setup a signature field and assign it to the signer(enter the signer email) and share.

End user will be able to fill and sign the form (even without having license for Acrobat) with Acrobat/Reader DC.

Here are the detailed steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/send-for-signature.html

Let us know, if this doesn't fulfils your requirement.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi, thanks so much for your reply.

The scenario is, I (administrator) will be setting up forms and agreements, which I want a team to be able access through their own adobe and complete with customers face to face.

Hope that makes more sense?

In that case you can upload the form on document cloud web and share the file links with your team.  https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/files.html

Team will be able to download the file using that link>print it and further can get it signed by customers.

Are those customers going to sign in physically or digitally? If physically, then there are many ways to do it. Most simplest one is-

You can simply create a form using "Prepare Form" tool and add a text field and name it signature (no need to assign it to anyone). https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-distributing-pdf-forms.html#Createaformfromscratch
