Agregar dispositivos

Quiero agregar mas usuarios (dispositivos ) a mi cuenta de adobe pero no encuentro como y cuando pido ayuda en el chatbot de la pagina dice que estan cerrados a las 3 pm cuando dice que su horario es hasta las 5pm... y el telefono que viene ahí dice que no esta disponible, alguien me puede ayudar? gracias de antemano
