Ai Assistant in Acrobat asking for subscription (Again ?)

I reinstalled it from CC but, nothing changed.

Hi @Ris Tenim 

 

Thanks for posting your issue to Adobe. Please note that you need to purchase AI add on pack to continue using AI Assisteant. It 's not avaiable with Acrobat Pro DC subscription license.  Please let me know if you have purchased the Add on pack and still getting the prompt to purchase.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

See if this helps — turn off the AI Assistant. 
Select Preferences. Select the toggle next to Enable generative AI features in Acrobat.
