AI Assistant Not Working

I was using the AI Assitant just fine until today.  I keep getting the same "please try again" error message on every file.  I tried signing out and back in.  Seems like something is up.  Please help.

Same here, I try again but cant type into the prompt box as its frozen, I feel your pain.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

As requested in the previous reply, could you please confirm the version of the Acrobat application and the OS you are using? Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and understanding.

Please let us know if you are using the feature in the desktop or the mobile application. Ensure there is no intermittent connection.

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message? Also, please share the Acrobat and OS version on the device.
